Tai Chi Programs

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial arts that has been practiced thousand years in China. It combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises. The low-impact moving meditations include standing and balancing. Through graceful postures flowing, Tai Chi builds better energy, circulation, balance and coordination.

Tai Chi is an excellent exercise for all ages, including people with certain health conditions. People can practice indoor or outdoor, individually or with group, anytime during the day where it fits in busy schedule.
