PMAA Tai Chi Center

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial arts that has been practiced thousand years in China. It combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises. The low-impact moving meditations include standing and balancing. Through graceful postures flowing, Tai Chi builds better energy, circulation, balance and coordination.

Tai Chi is an excellent exercise for all ages, including people with certain health conditions. People can practice indoor or outdoor, individually or with group, anytime during the day where it fits in busy schedule. 

PMAA Tai Chi Center Director - Master Hao ZhangMaster Hao Zhang was born in the birth place of Tai Chi, Jiaozuo, China, and grew up with Tai Chi. He was in GuangDong Wushu Team and selected into China National Wushu Team in 2012. He’s certified with Wushu Grade 6 and won numerous world championship titles, including 2014 China All-Round National Wushu Championship in Tai Chi division. He was the head coach for Philippine National Wushu Team and helped the students winning many world championship titles in Tai Chi. Master Zhang joined PMAA in March 2018 in hope to help more people learning the benefits of Tai Chi.

AM Tuesday & Thursday 9:30-10:30am

     Sunday 8:00-10:00am

PM Monday & Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm

Tai Chi Team Training:

Thursday 7:00-8:30pm

Sunday  6:30-8:00pm
